Review: Proof at the Four Seasons Scottsdale

I just got back from an amazing trip with my husband, visiting Phoenix, Sedona and the Grand Canyon! I gotta say- this trip was wayyy to short. It was a Friday through Tuesday trip, which ideally sounded good for us. Now looking back, I wish we would have carved out a few more days to just relax. We moved a lot on this trip, and I’ll share more recaps as I go through all of our pics!

But first, breakfast.

I’m not a huge breakfast person. Bacon and sausage have way to much fat for me, so I usually eat chicken with a vegetable and a muffin or toast. Most places can create things for you if you ask, but on this  trip I decided to take a change and just eat the effin sausage since I was on vacay.

Proof is the main restaurant at the Four Seasons Resort in Scottsdale. In full disclosure, this hotel is way way out there…not in the main Scottsdale area. But- it was totally worth it. I loved this place. The whole hotel was casitas, so you had your own little house/condo. We were upgraded to a deluxe due to my travel agent, and the service was just phenomenal.

My breakfast most mornings. Chipotle chicken sausage, blueberry muffin with a side of greens. We also ate at this place for two dinners and both times i had the same thing- chicken and veggie sandwich with mixed greens. Pretty much the best meal of my life.

Egg whites, 2 slices of bacon, hash browns and a buttermilk biscuit (best ever)

See Proof here. My husband loves this place, so I’m pretty sure we’ll be back in the near future.
