My weekend was a mix of highs and lows.
High: Getting a good strength workout in! Lately I’ve been doing a lot of cardio (and a spin class that I nearly died from) so it was nice to get back in the gym and see how strong I’ve gotten since I started doing personal training.
Low: My husband having a sinus infection and spending all of Friday night with the chills. I woke up every time he woke up, and neither of us got any sleep.
High: Finding a new show! I’m obsessed with Mr. Robot. I usually don’t do techy shows, but this one is super interesting.
Low: This salad from Whole Foods. SEASON YOUR CHICKEN.
HIGH: Hanging with my friend at the Index Fest. This was a cool music/beer festival. We were only there for a few hours, but it was super cute and low-key. This picture is shitty but I waited till it was super dark out.
Low: Getting sick 😦 My husband infected me so I spent Sunday meal prepping and hydrating.
