finding my purpose + losing weight

I think it’s important to know  oneself. The reasons why you are who are you are…what you want in life, aspirations and dreams.

My journey to myself has been an interesting one. My weight and health were always something i was concerned about. I was never technically “obese,” but my relationship with food was non-existent and I looked at food to make me feel better.

These pictures illustrate my journey to my body. Where I’ve been…and where I cannot go again. These earliest photos are when I was at my most unhappiest. Once I learned to treat my body like a temple, to nourish it and fuel it, then I was able to be my happiest self. Losing weight was more than just an event in my life…it truly has changed my path and interests.
